COVID-19 Delivery Information

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of their drivers and our customers.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

All of our items are FREE SHIPPING in normal cases (within the contiguous United States). You can get the items with no shipping cost. There are no other hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the total cost of your purchase.

Standard Shipping Times: 8-14 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) ( Cost: Free Shipping )

Priority and Secure Shipping: 8-12 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) ( Cost: $7.32 )

We process all orders within 1 - 3 Days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please Mowaarid STORE us as soon as possible at MesForkey@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
